SHIFT is operated by SHIFT Oral Co.. By using this site you agree to these terms. You must be 21 years or older to purchase.

2. Our products are cosmetics

SHIFT products are cosmetics intended to support the comfort, freshness, and appearance of your mouth. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. SHIFT is not a nicotine-cessation product and makes no representation about the safety of nicotine use.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew on the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. You may skip or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.

4. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened consumables are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHIFT Oral Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products or site.
